Founder and Search Consultant

​GTM Script was founded by Vince Thompson, a search consultant with experience across both Professional Services and Technology recruitment.

Vince began his career specialising in Professional Services recruitment, working across areas including Tax, Audit, Accounting, Valuation and Advisory. He later moved into Technology recruitment, supporting businesses with both specialist technical talent and commercial and Go-to-Market appointments.

Bringing experience across these two distinct talent markets led to the creation of GTM Script, a specialist search firm built around market knowledge, targeted search and long-term relationships.
